  • Construction: These Heavy Duty 20 and 22.5 Ton Trailers are built to make most lowboys jealous. Winston Trailers uses 4 I-beam construction (2 main frame I-beams, plus 2 side rail I-beams joined together with upper and lower cross members and bracing).
  • CNC Pierced Main Frame: One piece 14′ Hi-Tensile I-Beams are CNC Plasma pierced for precise clean cuts with extreme consistency.
Siderails: Winston uses Hi-Strength A992 I Beam Siderails with CNC Plasma Diamond Cutouts for extra tie-downs in conjunction with I D-Rings providing securement of equipment.
  • Reinforcement: Cross members are inserted through the pierced frames, with belly braces and side bracing providing the unitized frame. Add suspension manufactures recommended hanger bracing produces a frame with ridged stability.
Diamonds & D-Rings:
  • Diamond Cut Outs: Positive Cargo Securement against movement of an article in any direction. *49 CFR 393.102
  • 1′ Bent D-Rings: 55B angle relieves some stress load from the clip and ring. Ultimate Breaking Strength 46,760 lbs. Safe Working Load: 15,586 lbs.
  • Full 102′ Wide: Wide track equipment can cover stake-pockets making them difficult to tie to.
