  • Construction: Winston Trailers uses Pierced Unitized construction with Cross Frame Reinforcement and Suspension Manufacturer’s recommended hanger bracing. This design produces a strong platform for transporting your equipment.
  • CNC Pierced Main Frame: One piece 12′ Hi-Tensile I-Beams are CNC Plasma pierced for precise clean cuts with extreme consistency.
  • Cross Frame Reinforcement: Cross members are inserted through the pierced frames, with belly braces and side bracing providing the unitized frame. Add suspension manufactures recommended hanger bracing produces a frame with ridged stability.
  • Suspension Difference: Winston Trailers 10 Ton Suspension is different from other manufactures.

In lieu of a 2′ wide spring Winston uses a Heavy Duty 3′ wide multi-leaf spring with rubber eye bushings. These spring outperform others buy adding more tire clearance when loaded. These springs and equalizers never have to be greased because of the HD rubber eye bushings. Long Equalizers provide a larger footprint for balance and towing. Also added are adjusters for easy adjustability of alignment and tracking.
