Limited Warranty on Heavy Equipment Trailers in Haleyville, AL

WTM, Inc. warrants each Winston Trailer heavy equipment trailer to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year to the original purchaser, subject to the limitations listed below.

This Limited Warranty covers defects for frame structures that arise for normal use of the trailer and does not apply to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, overload, alteration, or unapproved usage.

Warranty does not cover exposure to salt, chemicals, extreme heat, or chemical or pressure washing. It does not cover the neglect of normal maintenance by lack of or improper application. Normal wear items include but are not limited to tires, batteries, brakes, or brake linings will not be replaced.

Warranty does not cover normal maintenance that includes but is not limited to fastener inspection and torque, tire pressure, oil level or proper lubrication, brake adjustment, and axle alignment. These items are considered normal maintenance and are not covered by warranty unless components have failed. Additionally, damage to paint where dings, chips, scratches, and abrasions are of normal wear are not covered. Also, take note that the warranty for paint will be limited to spot repair.

Components, such as but not limited to couplers, jacks, brake components, suspension components, axles, wheels, tires, lights, electrical, or other components purchased by WTM, Inc. and used in assembly, are warranted by their respective manufacturers and are excluded from this warranty.

It is important to know that a warranty claim must be submitted within 8 days of failure to WTM, Inc. via a Warranty Claim form. Please contact WTM, Inc. about accessing a claim form. WTM, Inc. will review the claim and may ask for other procedures, tests, and diagnoses by either owner, dealer, tech specialist, or mechanic before permission to repair is established. Transportation costs are excluded. Lastly, no reimbursement will be made for repair without prior written consent by WTM, Inc.
